I have taken a fair amount of yoga classes in the past. I am enjoying this class the most (and I'm not just saying that). I like the pace and that it is gentle. I like that adjustments are made to accommodate what's going on - with us individually and with the seasons and the weather. Now that I'm older and my joints are stiffer, it truly benefits me and helps me loosen up and strengthen and stretch. I feel better after our sessions. I also enjoy it more as we've practiced together longer and become more experienced at the poses and I see improvement.

Trudy Miller is an exceptional yoga instructor. I can be very tense and nervous about yoga, but she makes me feel at ease and gently instructs me on the moves that need improvement. She encourages and instructs in such a gentle way that everyone is successful! Trudy laughs a lot and enjoys her clients while keeping them focused on yoga.
