Gentle Viniyoga classes accommodate everyone! This yoga class will help to relieve stress, improve balance, flexibility, back or neck pain and more. All ages and abilities welcome! Bring a mat and a small blanket or towel for support.

Tuesday ~ 5:30pm to 6:45 pm
Thursday ~ 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm
Friday ~ 7:30 am to 8:45 am
