Rates

Individual one on one class at your home or business location $50. Group classes with less than 5 people are $55. Group classes over 5 people is $10 per person.

Additional travel rates may apply

Negotiable rates for retreats, forums, seminars, and workshops. Rates may be customized to fit the needs of the individual or group.
Mats and straps will be provided. We encourage individuals to have their own mats when possible.

Private Yoga Instruction


Private and Semi-private Yoga: There are many reasons why individuals and small groups decide upon private instruction. Some students who are completely new to the practice opt for a few one-on-one sessions prior to joining a group class. Intermediate students ask for private instruction to help them take their practice to the next level. Advanced practitioners often find it helpful to be reminded of the basics through more focused private asana and breath work with an instructor.

Private instruction is a great way to reduce the anxiety of competition. Competition should never be a part of yoga instruction. However, many people with disabilities, weight issues or other problems may feel uncomfortable in a health club or studio. Modifications will be demonstrated and used with each yoga practice to match the needs of each individual student. Private Instruction can lead to confidence. With confidence, the student’s range of abilities will improve.

Senior Yoga Instruction

Group Yoga Instruction may include a variety of different structures.

Small groups 2-10 or Large groups 10-?. Group sessions consistently held at a private home or business. The class sessions can be determined and priced accordingly.

Retreats or workshops held over a period of days, weeks or one class. Pricing based on numbers in attendance. Facilities, caterers, life coaches and more can be recommended.

Couples Yoga taught to incorporate partners in the practice.

Customized Yoga Events
Try a fun and healthy way to celebrate a special occasion. Bamboo Asana Yoga instructors will work with you to design a class perfect for all fitness levels and ages. Yoga Events are wonderful for bridal showers, rehearsal parties, baby showers, teambuilding, and employee appreciation events. We can also recommend caterers, life coaches, facilities and other ideas to make your event truly memorable.
